Parsley - washed and dried, chopped finely
Crumbled feta

- Prepare the Okra: Wash the okra thoroughly. Leave the stems on for a more authentic grilling look.
- Season and Grill: Toss the okra with a little olive oil. Place them on the grill and cook until they’re beautifully charred and tender, about 8-10 minutes. Turn occasionally for even grilling.
- Dress It Up: Once off the grill, drizzle the okra with the balsamic dressing while still warm. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled feta for a fresh and flavorful finish.
