  • Parsley – I highly recommend adding parsley for a nicely decorated dish and to keep you healthy.

  • Simple balsamic salad dressing - check my recipe for details. It is super easy to make and seriously addictive.

  • Parsley - washed and dried, chopped finely

  • Crumbled feta

Directions

  • Prepare the Okra: Wash the okra thoroughly. Leave the stems on for a more authentic grilling look.raw okra
  • Season and Grill: Toss the okra with a little olive oil. Place them on the grill and cook until they’re beautifully charred and tender, about 8-10 minutes. Turn occasionally for even grilling.grilling okra
  • Dress It Up: Once off the grill, drizzle the okra with the balsamic dressing while still warm. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled feta for a fresh and flavorful finish.
