Biba’s Simple Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well together. I prefer to use a small jar or a sharer for good mixing and perfect texture.
- Pour it on salads or grilled vegetables.
- Store it in a fridge up to 14 days for best flavour.
