Marshmallows: We can’t make s’mores without our very good friend the marshmallow—it’s the sweet, fluffy star that makes this classic treat so irresistible! You will need the the gumbo sized marshmallows for best effect. For this recipe, I am using both the regular jumbo marshmallow and the rainbow twisters as they are my kids’ favourite.
Chocolate (optional): I strongly encourage melted chocolate to finish —melt it with a bit of butter or coconut oil and pour on top of the s’mores for an extra delicious treat.
Graham crackers (if you’re feeling s’more-ish): Imagine those soft s’mores squeezed between two crackers… mm, delight! But totally optional! I am just giving you some options.
