What You’ll Need

Marshmallows: We can’t make s’mores without our very good friend the marshmallow – it’s the sweet, fluffy star that makes this classic treat so irresistible. You will need the the jumbo sized marshmallows for best effect. For this recipe, I am using both the regular jumbo marshmallow and the rainbow twisters as they are my kids’ favourite.

Chocolate (optional): I strongly encourage melted chocolate to finish. Melt the chocolate with a bit of butter or coconut oil and pour on top of the s’mores for an extra delicious treat.

Graham crackers (if you’re feeling s’more-ish): Imagine those soft s’mores squeezed between two crackers… mm, delightful. But totally optional. I am just giving you some options.
